‘Weight For Me’ in Polished Limestone Concrete.
These small tactile sculptural paperweights are a slice through another of my original forms called Big Sur. The original was a carving in Nephrite or Big Sur Jade that I brought at a Jade Boot Sale in California. I enjoyed the form so much I have cast it in many materials and finishes and now have developed this unique form with added function to continue to celebrate it further.
The polished finish gives it a touch of luxury that belies the humble material it's made from, and these tactile pieces are definitely both beautiful and functional - perfect for adding a modern industrial touch to any home or office and living up to the Art With Purpose title.
Available in Black, White or Green polished limestone concrete.

Each artwork was created by the artist using hand processes to the highest standards . Due to the handprocesses involved, some variation will occur even within a limited colour edition.
